Unit Materials and Requirements

  1. Diagnostic Test (mandatory) in tutorials week 2.
  2. Tests : there is a MANDATORY class test in week 7 in lecture theatre. Students with less than 30% in test are recommended to withdraw.
  3. Tutorial submissions: at least 6 satisfactory weekly submissions are required to obtain a P (see unit outline). Submit answers to the starred exercises via moodle by Sunday 2pm.
  4. Practical submissions: at least 6 satisfactory weekly practical submissions (including Portfolio work) are required to obtain a P. Submit practical submissions via moodle by Sunday 2pm after your practical session. There will be separate arrangements for portfolio submissions.
  5. Assignments: you must submit 3 satisfactory attempts at assignments (at least the basic tasks) to obtain a P.
  6. Final Exam: you must pass the exam and complete the other requirements satisfactorily to pass the unit.
To maximise your chance of passing the examination you should endeavour to do most of the tutorial, practical and assignment work for yourself
